Congratulations to Dr. Xuyang Ge!  He has been offered a one-year Visiting Scientist appointment (June 1, 2011 until May 31, 2012) with the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR).  Xuyang will be working in collaboration with the NCEP Environmental Modeling Center and supporting the NOAA Hurricane Forecast Improvement Project.
